Many people who seek therapy are used to functioning at a high level while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional exhaustion. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or worn down despite having tried to manage things on your own.

My work focuses on offering a steady, thoughtful space where change can occur without pressure or judgment. I work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and recovery-related concerns. I help clients understand entrenched patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies that support lasting stability. Our work is collaborative.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, with attention to safety, trust, and consistency. Therapy is about helping you feel more present, regulated, and aligned with your true north.

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it is important that it feels right. I invite you to reach out for a brief consultation to explore whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for.
